Workaholic Monkeys SRL acts as the seller of the artwork. The registered company details appear on the invoice and sales confirmation; please contact us at mihai@webhustler.ro if you require the full registration number or postal address.
Sale of Goods
HRMNG is sold as a single, original acrylic painting by Diana Roca. The buyer receives the physical artwork and a signed Certificate of Authenticity; reproductions, prints or digital copies are not included unless expressly agreed in writing. Intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless a separate agreement transfers those rights.
Price & Payment
The listed price of €3,400 is inclusive of the artwork and Standard delivery (see Shipping & Returns). All payments are processed through the Revolut checkout linked on this site; Revolut only requests the buyer’s email address to complete the purchase. After payment, the seller will contact the buyer via that email to confirm delivery options, shipping address, and premium handling if requested.
Delivery & Risk
The artwork is dispatched from Bucharest, Romania. Standard shipping uses DHL with full tracking; premium fine-art logistics is available for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance (EU 5–12 days, UK 7–15 days, USA/Canada 10–20 days) and are subject to carrier schedules and customs clearance. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, but the seller maintains insurance until the artwork arrives safely at the buyer's address. After payment, the seller will reach out by email to confirm the shipping address, select the chosen delivery option, and gather any customs information required.
Returns, Refunds & Damage
Due to the unique nature of original artwork, returns are only accepted in cases of damage confirmed through the claims process. Buyers must inspect the artwork upon delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours by emailing mihai@webhustler.ro with photos and delivery details. The seller will assess the claim, arrange insurance procedures and, if approved, issue a refund (to the original payment method) or authorize a replacement/repair depending on availability.
Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by notifying the seller in writing. Once the artwork has been collected by the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible except under the damage claim process described above.
Limitation of Liability
The seller’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork. The seller is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, nor for loss of profit, loss of use or other intangible losses arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of the artwork.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute shall be resolved in the local courts unless otherwise required by consumer law for a specific jurisdiction.
