Shipping Options
We currently ship to France only. Standard delivery to France is handled via DHL with secure wrapping and tracking included; this option is included in the €2,800 price. Premium delivery is available within France via a specialist fine-art logistics partner and includes crating, white-glove handling, and added insurance for an additional fee.
The Revolut checkout only collects your email; after payment confirmation I will reach out to that email address to confirm your preferred delivery option, shipping address within the supported destinations, and any customs paperwork.
Note: Orders are accepted only for addresses located in France. For inquiries about door-to-door quotes to other locations, please contact us and we may provide a custom premium shipping estimate (subject to availability and additional fees).
Once Revolut confirms the payment, the email you provided during checkout will be the channel used to collect the exact delivery details, so everything is arranged directly via that exchange.
Shipping Timeline

Insurance & Tracking
Every shipment is insured for the full value of the artwork until it arrives at the delivery address. You will receive tracking details via email once the artwork has been handed to the carrier.
Customs & Duties
International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by their local authorities. We can provide the necessary paperwork (invoice, Certificate of Authenticity) to assist customs processing; please notify us if additional documentation is required.
Inspection & Reporting Damage
Please inspect the artwork immediately upon delivery. If any damage is visible, keep the packaging intact, take photographs of the artwork and packaging, and notify us within 48 hours at mihai@webhustler.ro with the order number, carrier details, and the photographic evidence. We will coordinate an insurance claim or remedial action in line with the carrier’s process.
Returns & Refunds for Originals
Original artwork is non-returnable unless damage is confirmed under the claims process described above. If damage is accepted, we will issue a refund or arrange for repair/replacement depending on availability; refunds are processed to the original payment method after the claim is validated.
