Personal Data Collected
The Revolut checkout linked on this page only provides the seller with the buyer's email address immediately after payment. Additional data (postal address, delivery preferences, telephone number if provided) is collected afterward when the seller contacts the buyer via that email to arrange shipping and the Certificate of Authenticity.
How We Use Your Data
- Process and fulfill your artwork purchase, including delivery coordination with shipping partners.
- Communicate order confirmations, shipping updates, insurance claims, and Certificate of Authenticity details via email.
- Maintain records to comply with accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
Sharing Data
We share personal data with external processors strictly for order fulfilment: Revolut (payments), DHL or other selected carriers (shipping), and fine-art logistics partners when premium shipping is requested. These providers act on our instructions and may only process data to deliver the contracted service. We do not sell or monetize your personal data.
Post-Payment Information
Once payment is confirmed, the seller contacts the buyer using the email collected via Revolut to request the shipping address, delivery option (standard or premium), and any customs details needed. These additional details are stored only to fulfil the order and are deleted or archived according to the retention policy once delivery is complete.
Cookies & Tracking
This site does not set cookies or trackers by itself. Any cookies that appear during the Revolut checkout or on a carrier’s tracking page are controlled by those third parties and are subject to their own policies.
Data Retention
Order and purchaser data are kept for as long as necessary to comply with regulatory obligations (for example, up to 7 years for Romanian accounting and tax laws) and for resolving disputes, unless a deletion request is received sooner.
Your Rights
Under GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Send any request to mihai@webhustler.ro, and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.
Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access controls, secure backups) to protect personal data. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Payment card information is processed by Revolut and is not stored on our servers.
